2. 軽めのボルテージ式トレーニング（30分）

• ・旅行中でもできる低負荷×高効果の動き
• ・むくみ改善・体幹強化メニュー

3. ジャパニーズスパ施術体験レッスン（40分）

• ・リンパドレナージュ or フェイシャルから選択
• ・講師によるデモンストレーション（日本式の繊細な手技）
• ・ペアまたはセルフで実践（簡単なテクニックを習得）
• ・Mercury化粧品を使用
• ・日本独自の「おもてなし型美容」の考え方を解説

4. ティータイム＆セルフケアアドバイス（10分）

• ・抹茶やハーブティーを飲みながら
• ・帰国後もできるセルフケア法と美容習慣をシェア

5. Mercuryサロンのご案内（オプション訪問）

• ・体験終了後、お近くのMercuryサロンをご紹介

1. Welcome & Consultation (10 min)

• Brief check-in on your physical condition and purpose for joining

• Introduction to Japanese beauty and wellness traditions (bathing culture, heat therapy, aromatherapy, seasonal care)

2. Light “Voltage-Style” Training (30 min)

• Low-impact yet highly effective movements—perfect even while traveling

• Program for reducing swelling and strengthening the core

3. Japanese Spa Treatment Lesson (40 min)

• Choose between Lymphatic Drainage or Facial Treatment

• Demonstration by the instructor (showcasing Japan’s delicate, precise techniques)

• Use of Mercury cosmetics 

• Explanation of Japan’s unique “Omotenashi-style Beauty” philosophy

4. Tea Time & Self-Care Advice (10 min)

• Enjoy matcha or herbal tea

• Learn simple self-care methods and beauty habits you can continue after returning home

5. Mercury Salon 

• After the session, near to visit the Mercury Salon

• Option to book a trial treatment or purchase cosmetics on the spot
